From today, every protocol amendment will instantly and perfectly align:

– the SAP
– CRF design
– edit checks
– SDTM mapping
– ADaM specs
– TFL shells
– CSR wording
– and, of course, everyone’s expectations

No cross-reference issues.
No version conflicts.
No “just one small follow-up update.”
No emergency meetings titled Alignment Discussion Final v3.

Behind the scenes, it runs on a fully structured protocol layer, a metadata graph, and an amendment impact engine that automatically traces every change across the downstream chain: Schedule of Assessments → CRF/EDC → SDTM/ADaM → TFLs → CSR. It opens change tickets, updates mapping candidates, flags broken traceability links, proposes shell updates, and routes everything through role-based approvals with a complete audit trail. It even runs conformance checks before anyone says “can we just make this one quick manual fix.”
In other words: exactly the kind of metadata-driven, API-connected, rule-executed setup the industry keeps talking about, just… slightly more cooperative than real life.

We believe this breakthrough will save the industry approximately 97% of its collective stress.

Unfortunately, the technology is still in the same development stage as the fully self-cleaning database and the query-free lock.

Until then, we’ll keep doing it the old-fashioned way: carefully, transparently, and with a lot of cross-functional teamwork.

Happy April 1st from TUNECT 💙
