In our field, “health” is usually discussed through protocols, evidence, safety, and outcomes.

And rightly so. But there is another layer that matters too: the health of the people doing the work.
Movement. Fresh air. Focus. Recovery. Team energy.

The kinds of things that do not show up in a dataset, but absolutely shape how people collaborate, think, and deliver.

This year, WHO marks World Health Day with the theme “Together for health. Stand with science.” We like that framing.

Because health is not only a medical topic.
It is also something built through everyday choices, shared habits, and environments where people can do good work sustainably.
Here is a small snapshot of the TUNECT team outside the usual work setting.
Different activities, same idea: strong teams need energy, balance, and trust.
